After just over a month I was washing dishes and noticed a hair line crack in my Counter. Right at the inside corner. Contacted Masood there is nothing they can do. It’s apparently because my sons climb on the counter! The heaviest one weight is 40lbs.

Masood is fantastic to deal with..however do not put any pressure at all on the counter!!! I will never purchase quarts again.

Sami responded to my inquiry nearly instantly, came out the same day, measured the next. The counter was ready on time...though the installers came a day early and forgot a piece of material because they misread their paperwork. Their early arrival caused some hiccups because I wasn't ready for them; I hadn't unhooked the plumbing or removed anything from the cupboards because I didn't expect them. Needless to say, the job was far from perfect when they left.

So why did I give them 10 stars? Sami came personally the next day to inspect the job, to fix the one error, and to clean what wasn't perfect. Even good companies have issues sometimes. Great ones own them, fix them, and make sure that their customers walk away ready to give ten-star reviews.

We had SlabX com over and give us a quote. Masood was courteous, arrived on time, did his measurements and sorted out exactly what was required. The countertop was ready ahead of schedule and installed to our satisfaction. The installation crew was also very professional and courteous. we would be happy working with them again.

Beautiful showroom and lots of options for backsplash and tiles. We bought our kitchen and bathroom tops from Slabx. Masood was very pleasant to deal with and the team of installers are very polite and cleaned up well. Would definitely recommend them.

I don’t generally write reviews but I have to say I am extremely happy with slabx from start to finish. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable the service team was on time, clean and careful. I love my new kitchen space. Completely different look than were we started and very affordable.

Slabx installed a new countertop in our kitchen and batheoon, the price was fair and the workers were very polite. They finished the work in timely manner with great. Sami was the sales rep who came to quote us. He was very professional, approachable, honest and helpful. He was able to give us what we wanted for a reasonable price. The process was so quick. The installers came about 4-5 day after we confirmed everything. Sami called us after the installation to make sure that we were satisfied. We are extremely happy with everything!
