Mailer advertised free appy with tour, before Nov.15th. took tour at presentation centre, waited for salesman over 20, min. were told they ran out of vouchers for the appys.,said they would phone when more came in, no call. called them, said promo done, spoke to manager, said he would leave $10. price of one appy for me to pick up but would not do anything for my hubby who also took tour. then hung up on me.
I would not recommend these builders if they cannot fulfill a simple ad and promise. Sounds like they are just in town to make a fast buck and then move on to the next real estate hot spot.
