I contacted 4 companies to inquire about a specific length of legs and springs repair to a bench. All were in keeping with costs but the method of repair and availability of parts were not forth coming.

I chose the company because of the followup, punctuality of service and suggestions for repair. Saved me time and effort for a needed kitchen piece by the family.
