Ive had issues with my water draining and back flow into the basement (as well as a bad smell).
Two other plumbers Ive hired fail to diagnose the problem (and I am guessing the previous homeowner did as well).
Tornado came in, properly diagnosed and repaired the issues all within a 24 hour time period. They were on time, organized, great customer service and fantastic workmanship. I highly recommend !!!
