Both support cables of my garage door came off of their pullies, so I called Capital Garage Door at approximately 7:45 am. The phone was answered promptly by Albert, and after I explained what happened I asked him for a "ball park" estimate. He said that he could be there that day; asked what time was convenient for me, and gave me an estimate over the phone. To my surprise: he arrived 10 minutes early, fixed the issue for exactly the price that he quoted me, and gave me some great tips to prolong the life of my door.

Albert was honest, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will call him anytime that I have a garage door issue! I've already recommended him to two of my friends.

Cable snapped due to rust on our 15 year old door. Call the company and Albert came out to our place within the hour and had the door fixed in 30 minutes. He replaced both cables and the brackets at the bottom since rust was working through the ones which weren't broken. Everything is good as new. Albert very great.
