Wagner at the time to take the contract he promised to finish the job with level 5 on main floor but skip some walls. In basement he did not sand the walls and promised to get this completed but never came to finish. Although he get all his payment in time he never returned the calls.my suggestion to people is do not give him full amount until he finish everything otherwise he will take your hard earn money and never come back, although he promised me that he will come back to fix buy after sending him all the pictures he never showed up. I strongly recommend all of you never give the money and hold back min. 10% until he finish. Wagner is not a man of words. Do not trust him. See below some of his work left over.

Wagner is a subject matter expert in this field. He did a great job taping, plastering and sanding my entire basement which is approximately 900sqft. His prices are very competitive, if not, the best. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

They fixed our ceiling drywall and spackle, this was a tricky job in that it was really high up and required some extra prep. Excellent work, would recommend to anybody.

When I called, Wagner replied promptly and came to give me an estimate within a day. I had every kind of drywall work to be done it was a major project and required a real expert. We had a load bearing wall removed so half our ceiling and walls were ripped out, we also had popcorn ceiling, water damage, rodent damage, high ceilings above the stairs and really baked on wallpaper to be removed.
It's very difficult to do major work like this with a family of 5 living in the home. Wagner was very polite, courteous and worked with our schedule to minimize the disruption.
One of the reasons we chose Wagner to do the job were previous reviews about his cleanliness. It absolutely made the difference in our project. He made sure to tidy up after every shift and used a vacuum on his sander to minimize dust in the home.
His experience and skill really showed as he tackled all of the many challenges we had.
Overall we were very satisfied and once our main floor renovations are complete we plan to hire Wagner again to do our upstairs and basement projects. We would highly recommend Wagner for any of your projects.
