Assured Quality Roofing and Eavestroughs

During a recent wind storm that resulted in damage to our roof, we needed to have the roof repaired to prevent further damage. We attempted to contact some of the larger roofing companies but they wanted to charge $500 just to come to the house. i remembered my neighbor had recently had their roof repaired, so i asked them the name of the company and if they would recommend them. The neighbor not only recommended the company, but insisted that i call them right away given my situation. i called the number of Assurance Quality and
to my surprise someone answered my call! i could not believe that within 3 hours they were at my door and roof repaired.

My skylight started leaking yesterday after a huge rain storm. I got in touch with Assured Quality and they were at my house in less than 24 hours. They explained to me what was likely happening, did a small repair and asked that I keep them updated on any future leaks. I've worked with Perry and AJ before for roof work and I know they are dependable and stand by their work to find a fix. With water, sometimes you have to wait until the next wild weather day to see that everything is good to go. Like many homeowners who know nothing about roofs and eaves, I find it a stressful process to hire a contractor. I started by getting 4 quotes which, incredibly, where very similar in price.
However, Perry from Assured Quality Roofers was the only one who had a sample of the leaf screen to show me. He also explained how the fascia was installed, how the gutters differ from the old ones , the types of attachments he used (better than code) and the new types of sealants for the corners, which had been my major source of annoyance with the old gutter.
His willingness to explain and answer questions about the project set him above his competitors.
The house looks much better with the new eaves and I look forward to hiring Assured Quality Roofers for further work on the house

Assured roofing team Perry and AJ were excellent and stuck to their policy of getting it done right. I needed the eves cleaning and he quoted lower than the company that did my roof previously. He was willing to do more work at a reasonable cost, trim trees back, remove an iron fence on the porch to deter racoons from climbing on the roof, higher a downspout and reconnect it, tuck in loose soffit. screw in loose aluminum, put leaf filters on all the eves and he gave advice on how the water would run better from the downspouts. Best of all he fixed the water going into the house siding by opening up the siding, and soffit and tile and putting metal and caulking and redirecting the downspout sideways into the gutter instead of down and installing a splash guard. Perry the owner knows how to solve problems that other roofers do not. The company and the supervisor that did my previous rood said they did not know how to fix the water going into the siding and just wanted to add more chalking. Perry is very knowledgeable and straight up with his advice. He is ethical and reasonable and earned and deserved the extra work I gave him based on how he did the first jobs. Assured roofing deserves all your work. Very friendly and approachable and excellent worker and problem solver. Tell him what you need and he will get it done on time and for a reasonable price.
