CM-HAMMER CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE INC.

This is the second project that Lui has done for us and both were of excellent quality, on time and finished as scheduled.

This project was a backyard fence replacement as shown in the photo which was extremely difficult due to the trees and plants already in place. Lui and his team worked around this with great care and did not damage any of the plants and trees. In doing this, they still got the job done on time and also, constructed a very good quality fence.

One of the things I like the most about working with Lui is the communication, as he is very good at discussing plans and changes as necessary, and does so "before" he does the work, rather than after when it cannot be changed. As a result, you get what you want with no surprises.

I would highly recommend Lui and his company and would work with them again.
