I chair a Strata Council and we used Mike for two renos- one major one- the Lounge that the residents can use to entertain and another smaller but much more difficult one- the resident manager's suite. We had to do the smaller one in 30 days during the pandemic with all suppliers in lock down. Mike is quiet, efficient and a treat to work with. He is confident in his work and the finished reflects that . He is quick to follow up with any small issues that surface after the work is finished.
