Laminate Flooring Twice Failed no renumeration or response
Two laminate floors later and a year after the second install we find out the second floor wasn't installed properly either! I personally would avoid this company, or know your flooring manufactures installation instructions inside and out! Then watch EVERYTHING while they are in your home doing the installation.
This company does not stand behind their products or service! I was told my concerns would be addressed by management following emails going unanswered and having to post a review on Facebook. Guess what, that contact by management NEVER happened! We are stuck with a floor that has no warranty, was installed incorrectly, and has gaps and buckling for the SECOND TIME!!! Please see photos of the first amazing job and following errors in the replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
