Our move experience with Helping Hands Family Movers was nothing less than professional and reasonable. They came on time, all our belongings arrived safely at the requested destination, and their estimate was fair. They made a choice to take the main roads rather than secondary highway to avoid damage to the load, which we appreciate. Although a long day, they finished as they started - professionally.

Austin and the crew were amazing. We moved offices on December 15th and managed to get much of the small stuff moved ourselves but weren’t able to move the big stuff that needed to be taken apart. These guys came in and disassembled all our desks, moved everything over and reassembled it all in the new office for us. They did everything for us, showed up on time and got it done quickly. I would call them again in a heartbeat if I ever need a mover again.

This company provided quality but excellent service within the space of of time I never anticipated. Nothing was damaged in spite of my heavy furniture.

After they finished their job, I collected their business card so that I can recommend them to my friends to enjoy this excellent service.

In a nut shell, I highly appreciate their service and will always use them no matter how small.

Moved in the middle of April. He underestimated the amount he needed to move and suggested we use our own vehicle. Initially appeared charming but became an angry individual after his worker drove his truck into my garage/roof. He reassured me he would pay the repairs and has still not paid the repair company (and its been almost TWO months with a lot of frustration in agreeing on a company for repairs). Has not demonstrated integrity. Save yourself the headache and go with another company. **UPDATE** Austin read my reviews and said he would not pay the repair company until I removed the reviews.

Honest, straightforward, and on time.
booked them 2days before my moved and was told that they are very busy and if I can schedule for 2pm they will fit me in.
decided to go with them after due research and great reviews they have online.
booked for 2pm
two guys showed up at 1:45 pm and within 4hrs everything was completed.
this is by far one of my best moving experience!
