We have a 100 year old house and the bathroom sink is the original. The spout has been leaking for a few months now and we finally had to have it fixed.

My concern was the age of the sink and it's antique feature. We wanted to keep the sink.

Ricco was sent over and did a spectacular job.

He was able to find a replacement part for the tap that was the issue and fixed it in no time flat.

I think he undercharged though. I had him consult on a future project I would need which took 30 minutes by itself, let alone the time it took to fix the sink.

I have to add one final note about this plumber. He "asked" if it was ok to touch our cat. I appreciated that. Ricco also wore little booties over his shoes when he came in.

We'll have Worry Free Plumbing back in the spring for an entire new plumbing job.

I dread calling plumbing and Heating Companies. It always end up a $1000 or more out of my pocket. My furnace broke down a few days ago and I called one of the first ads I saw online. The company came out a few hours later and tried to charge me 3400 to rebuild my furnace. I was kinda shocked and did not have that kinda cash at the moment. There diagnostic and service charge cost me $350. I was so frustrated but I needed a second opinion I found these guys online and with there reviews decided to take a gamble and hope they could help for a reasonable cost.

Richard came out within the hour and his helper Colton. Richard had the issue fixed within a hour. He actually took out a meter and started pulling the furnace apart.checking different components. He quickly found the problem. It was a sooted flame sensor, I asked him to replace my glowing rod that makes the furnace light as I know these need replacement every few years. I paid less for his diagnostic time and parts then the other company I called and he was on the level. He also cleaned out the furnace for me with a compressor and didn't charge extra. I cannot begin to explain the relief I felt that I didn't have to spend 3400 to fix a less that $300 Issue.

The lady who took the call was very nice and very clear on the phone.

Richard, and his crew came out on Boxing Day with only a few hours notice, my kitchen drainage pipe was rusted shut and Richard had it going in no time. They were quick, clean and very professional! Richard knew his stuff and did not charge me any emergency rates for coming out so quickly. I had the clog fixed and camera inspected so I know what condition my pipes are in. We booked Richard to come by and give us some advice on a complete plumbing overhaul. We're about to install water softening equipment and wanted a professionals opinion about best way to design our basement changes given we'll re-plumb everything.

We booked a week in advance and arrived promptly on time. After a look around and time to consider what we needed, he was able to provide some initial advice for us so we could follow up with him later.

I'll have him come in and begin when we get some walls put in place.
