Here are my concerns:
1) The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. The worker, Zar (spelling?), was polite and did a great job!
2) However, I am not happy about how costing came to be. When I called, Danielle, the receptionist told me that to remove a wasp nest would cost $129.00 plus tax. I wrote the quote down. I discussed the price with my partner, and the timing (same day, in a few hours), and we agreed to go ahead with them. After Zar completed the job, he told me it was going to be $150.00 plus tax. I told him that that was not the price Danielle quoted us. I phoned her. She then told me it was $150. Although there was a $25 coupon, to reduce the price, I still felt like I’d been scammed!
3) After I said ok to the new price (and I was not happy about that!) Zar asked if I wanted the invoice/receipt to be emailed to me, and we checked the email address. It was correct. However, I have still not received it.

Thank you for the feedback, we have a set price for this kind of job and the price does not change between customers, we're very sorry for the misunderstanding but you might heard it differently over the phone, we would be happy to refund a $20.
Regarding the invoice we checked our records and it seems like we did send the invoice, if you still did not receive it, please contact the office at 613-366-2202 or by email at email@example.com so we can make sure we have the right email to resend you the invoice.
