Basement Builders were very helpful from the initial design stage right through to completion. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail by all the subtrades was outstanding. Everyone took the time to ensure the worksite was cleaned at the end of the day, were courteous and took pride in their work. Mathew and Ben took the time to understand our needs, and any issues were quickly addressed. They weren't satisfied until we were. The work was completed within the budget and expected timeline. We would highly recommend Basement Builders.

Myself and my husband were checking renovation companies on line to see if we could get a quote on doing our basement. We came across the Basement builders website and I must admit it was a great website that gave a really good insight to the company so I called Basement builders to inquire about developing our basement, I spoke with Matt and told him what we were looking for and what our budget was for this project. He was very transparent about there procedures and what to expect during the renovation and the selection process. We called some other companies just to shop around before we made our final decision and we found that Basement builders were the best fit for our renovation. Matt and Ben came out to our house to start the process from that day to the completion of the job it was a truly great experience. They were on time on budget,besides some upgrades that we added on. Me and my husband would and will recommend this company to our friends or anyone we know that is looking for there Basement to be renovated.

Its been said before, but Matt and Ben were awesome to work with. They were very straightforward and upfront about what our project would entail and what they would provide in the package. During the course of the project, there was seldom a day when someone wasn't working onsite and thus, the project came in quicker than what we even expected. Matt and Ben always made sure we knew who was going to be working at our house. Their contractors were extremely professional and were very eager to show us their work at the end of the day, which sometimes went later than expected but as I told them, I would much rather have to accommodate a contractor who wants to work than have to try to get him to work. The materials and craftsmanship were very high and would absolutely be happy to recommend Basement Builders for any project.

From start to finish, working with Matt and Ben has been an absolute pleasure. We have done a lot of renovations in the past and I must say working with Basement Builders was the easiest and the best experience all around. All the trades were courteous, friendly, polite and professional. The basement was completed on time and on budget. The quality and the pride that they take in their finished work is very obvious as is expected in most big projects, there was a little issue but it was dealt with very quickly and beyond our satisfaction. We love our new basement. We would highly recommend then to anyone.

We interviewed several companies before starting our basement development, right away we felt comfortable with Matt and Ben as they spoke frankly and listened to exactly what we wanted. We received our quote promptly and it was right on budget, and we knew exactly what our project would entail. As with working with any trades we had a couple issues that had us frustrated, however, Ben and Matt are professional and dealt with our concerns promptly and to our satisfaction, even going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
