Total tear down of our old 70's basement, and built a beautiful 2 bedroom suite with large spa washroom.
I love my new basement suite! Matthew and Ben were great to work with. They listened to all my ideas, and the outcome is better than I imagined. The trades people they brought in were very professional and easy to work with. I did my research before hiring Basement Builders and ended up very happy with my decision. I would highly recommend using this company.

From the beginning, Matt and Ben were very responsive. They came out to our house for the initial assessment and created blueprints as we walked through the basement. Throughout the building process, they remained very responsiveness. Any issues that arose were taken care of quickly. All of the contractors that we encountered were very pleasant to deal with and very respectful of our house. That being said, we were rarely contacted by any workers as they dealt directly with Matt and Ben. The quality of work is excellent and we are very happy with the final product. We have received numerous compliments on the basement and are already enjoying the great new addition to the house. I would use them again without hesitation.

Responsive, collaborative and high quality! Pride in the workmanship from each trade. From day one, it was obvious Mathew and Ben had the our best interests in mind. From start to finish these guys are true professionals. Paid exactly what I was quoted, all the trades were respectful of our home, and the job was beautiful. Basement Builders took care of the entire process, from permits to inspections we did not have to do a thing; which is what we were looking for due to our busy schedule. The price we paid was comparable, even less in some cases, then other quotes we received from contractors who did not do all the little things these guys do. Seamless process, highly recommend.

The Basement Builders did an excellent job at developing our basement. They helped us develop the plans in a timely fashion and never oversold us on features. They are very thorough and responsive to any touch ups we requested until we were 100% satisfied. They completed the project on time and within budget. Communication via email was excellent.
