We had a full basement renovation done by Basement Builders. From the first meeting with Don till we started moving furniture in, it was a great experience. They completed work within the expected time (3 months start to finish) and Murray and the team were really great. Would definitely recommend - if I ever have another basement to finish I will use them again!

When developing a basement, the process of planning, designing and execution can be quite overwhelming but the team at Basement Builders have a very structured process, which provided us the ease of mind and made this a very positive experience. From the initial meeting with Don to help us realize our vision, to the design selections with Kristina, project management by Murray and quality inspection by Chauntel, their whole team is very professional, responsive and customer focused. The on-site contractors themselves did a great job and mostly all were professional and respectful in their conduct. From cost and budget standpoint, we found them to be reasonably priced and delivered on schedule. We are very pleased with our basement and would highly recommend The Basement Builders if you are looking for quality product.
