They did an excellent job moving the piano as they took extreme care not to damage the piano or anything else in the house. I will most likely use them during my next big move as up to now I've been doing most of the moving myself. Thank you.

I am very happy with this company. They showed up on time with polite, respectful and hard working people and got the job done right. They moved me out, stored my belongings for 3 weeks while I renovated my new place and moved me in today. I would use them again for sure. The ease of full service for both moving and storage was of great value to me.

We moved in November, so this review is a bit late. We chose Hercules Moving for their mostly positive reviews on Homestars, although their quote was higher than some others. The move was inter-building, no trucking involved. The quote process was efficient. We ironed out details mostly over the E-Mail.
The moving team appeared professional and polite, showed up on time and got to business without delays.
All items were moved efficiently and without damage. We anticipated that the job will not be completed in the quoted time and not all items will be moved. To our pleasant surprise, the job was completed 15 min earlier, including boxes that were not listed in the quote.

Thank you so much for the professional and efficient work. I was surprised to see how much work went into protecting the vanity from damage. The 2 man team made the job so easy, manovering with ease up the curved staircase and around the tight corner into the washroom. Your professionalism, efficiency and care was much appreciated.

Music is my life. And this awesome Hercules guys smoothly moved my "old but gold" upright piano in an apartment on 10th floor! When I will open my studio I will doubtless hire them to move all my equipment and musical instruments. Thank You!

We booked Hercules moving company for our move, they assessed that for our size move we will need 2 big trucks. On the day of the move both trucks arrived on time and that’s where the good part of our move ends. Half hour into the start time one of the trucks started to leak oil leaving a huge stain on our driveway. Despite knowing that the truck is not operating properly, the movers loaded 1 truck and then loaded half of the second truck. After an hour of just figuring out what to do with the second truck they decided to just take the first truck to the new home off load and then use the same truck to come back for the rest of the stuff.

We called Igor the manager at the office an hour into the move informing him of this issue and asking about the option of sending another truck to the house and he said that there were no back up trucks available. Really? For a move our size there was NO contingency plan?!? So now what should have taken us 7-8 hours to move took us 12 hours!!

Because of all the confusion of the truck the movers forgot to bring half the drop cloths to the new house and ended up dirtying all our floors and scuffing freshly painted risers on our stair cases. And here’s the best part – Igor gave us the final payment number and only account for 1.5 hours of “discounted time” for the truck breaking down. And it gets better, he told the movers to HOLD OUR PIANO AND TVs HOSTAGE in the truck until the payment was settled and the movers almost drove off with our stuff. Not only did Igor make our day hell he didn’t even show mercy for his own staff who were just waiting around for his orders.

As far as the moving staff goes we were very happy with them till the end, they were courteous and didn’t lose their cool until the end despite all the confusion.

It was Igor due his mismanagement made the best day of our lives (including our 7 week old baby) a living hell.

I work at Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga. We select low income families for Home Ownership . We recently contacted Hercules Moving Company to assist us in moving our newest family into their new home. Hercules moved the family at a time which was convenient to them. The family called me almost immediately to rave about what amazing service they received, as well as the kind, professional staff which were sent. I will definitely be calling upon their services in the future!

Three guys, very warm and friendly, who arrived 30 mins before time which made sure the actual move started right on time after all the necessary paper work and move related setup. And as soon as the move started these guys were on their toes until the move was completed.
Was thoroughly impressed with the speed and the professionalism with which they packed each item with padding and shirk wrap. These guys made the entire move such a hassle free experience. This has been my first ever move and I will definitely Hercules for all my future move.
