Service was for moving heavy furniture within our house mostly. They arrived on time despite the snow and they seemed quick with the move. I would have given them 5 stars, but one incident significantly impacted my review.
Because the house was not empty, we closed off doors that we don't want anyone in. I discovered after the move that they went and used the toilet in the Master bathroom - that door (and all our closets) was closed.
What the issue was that:
1) They didn't ask to use the washroom (we would have directed them to use the guest washroom on the main floor);
2) I had jewelry, intimates and other personal items in that washroom.
Nothing was taken, but the idea that friends/family, let alone strangers, went behind closed doors within the Master bedroom is highly offensive to me personally. Hence the reduction in review.
If I was moving OUT of the house, i.e. personal effects are not there, pretty much an empty house, I wouldn't care if you used whichever bathroom. Still, it would have been polite to ask, especially if the house was still occupied.
