Moving & Storage review in Toronto

Igor and Lukas were pleasant to deal with. The movers were all really good guys. Their rates are reasonable and they were very careful when moving all of our furniture. I would recommend them. There was a billing issue, but Igor corrected it and was kind enough to send a gift as an apology for the mishap. I was not expecting this, but was very impressed that he went above and beyond to make up for the issue.

Overcharged and unethical

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

I would not recommend these guys. I had a corporatemove, which they knew was being paid for by my employer yet they charged me a higher amount on my VISA than what they showed on the invoice. This has obviously caused a great deal of concern for both my emplyer & I. I made several attempts to reach them to rectify the issue, but they have ignored all my emails & phone calls. When I called VISA, they told me this company has had a number of similar issues & they illegally charge customers a 2% surcharge for paying by credit card. So disappointing as initially both Lukas & Igor were pleasant to deal with. They really messed up the billing part & have lost my trust.
