Polite, great communication from start to finish. Speedy service when I was calling around and no one could help me, Straight Ace made sure I was taken care of and the leak was fixed with quality work.

Although the porch needed a new roof, we wanted design changes and found out structural changes were needed once the old roof/ceiling were taken out. Manny took the time to understand the changes we wanted, and ensured we were happy with his plans/work during the process.
He was very detailed and ensured a thorough and professional job.

Lost some shingles during a storm right before Christmas. Manny was the only one to return my call a few days later. He came out that afternoon and did the job in less than 1 hour. He cleaned up the area in question and even matched the shingle colour.

Manny came to replace some shingles that blew off in a high wind. Along with repairing the shingles, he took it upon himself to repair some flashing around a window that wasnt secured properly. He also cleaned out roofing nails that had accumulated in the eaves trough. Having experienced multiple flat tires, I really appreciated Mannys thoughtfulness. Manny is a very competent and knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend Straightace Roofing for any roofing concern.
