We did a full house renovation and addition about 4 years ago. We used Copperleaf for our windows and doors because our builder recommended them. We were very happy with the selection, products and service. We noticed a few months ago that some of the smaller windows we ordered had condensation in them (the super large windows and doors were fine). There must have been a problem with the manufacturer for out batch? We contacted Copperleaf and they ended up replacing the glass in all of our windows without any hassle. The installation technician, Mike, was very friendly and helpful. Although there was an issue with the original glass, they fixed the problem and provided great customer service.
