I was looking to have a new driveway and walkway done because due to improper grading and years of settling, the existing builder pavers created a pooling of water and my asphalt driveway was uneven with dips and valleys. My boys have autism but my oldest has cerebral palsy. The pooling and feeling of water on the surfaces were hazardous for my son who has fallen due to it. I researched different options and surfaces. I was doing a Google search when Giancarlo's work popped up and I was very happy to see he was local. I called Giancarlo and he came out quickly to meet with me and discuss the job and sent me to look at some of his work. I went on the worst stormy day all summer in flip flops and went up and down a driveway he had done. I didn't slip. I instantly wanted it lol. I was worried about price though because it looks out of my league. I have saved a longtime for this and can only afford to do it once. It had to be right. Giancarlo assured me it would be perfect and he came within my budget. The team.was professional and fast. Very nice. Allowed us to watch the whole process and explained all of it. Before they were even done my neighbours were all coming to see and telling me not just how functional it is for my son bit how gorgeous it looks. One neighbour has already had his walkway done. I know more will follow. If you are considering having work done and you need something that is safe and will increase the value of your home and last...CALL GIANCARLO. I have already recommended him to the facilities and parents my children deal with for their disabilities. He's about to get very busy lol. Don't give it a second thought!

Thanks to Giancarlo and his professional crew, we are enjoying our new “exposed aggregate” porch. I needed to rebuild my garage and that's when I first started working with Giancarlo from Churchill Constructions to build the concrete foundation. His professionalism and great customer service really impressed me. He kept me informed every step of the way during the construction process even when I was not at home. After the garage, he did other projects for me to design and build my house's front porch and the base for a shed. Needless to say, the completed work continues to exceed my satisfaction.

I don't typically write reviews but for the amazing work that Giancarlo and his team have done for my home, it deserves to be recognized and share with people looking for a contractor with good workmanship who can be relied on.

We have a unique, irregular lot, with a double garage that is not square to the house or the street which presented a huge challenge. For over 6 months we met with contractors who either never called back after seeing the job, or did not impress us. Giancarlo came on time, was passionate and engaging. He explained his ideas well. His team came in and were absolutely professional, fast, clean. We have done extensive renovations over the years on a few homes and this was by far the smoothest experience we have had. AND the best part is, people are actually slowing down to see our driveway and have had several people stop and complement it! We would recomment these guys without hesitation. In fact, you would be silly to go anywhere else for concrete work!!!
