I am writing this review about 3-4 months after I hired Furnace & AC Experts to replace my furnace.

It was in the middle of winter that our old furnace died on us. The issue was determined to be the heat exchanger. Since the furnace was already 17 years old we decided to get a new one. From the initial sales visit to installation, everything was clear and organized and professionally done. There price was also much better than the competitors too.

I recently had a question and they answered and helped right away so I know I can count on after sale service too!

You can feel comfortable knowing you are in good hands using this company!

Installation team arrived on time, assessed the existing state of the air conditioner, removed old equipment and installed the new one.

Installation crew were very professional, they explained the installation process and conducted a very thorough testing of the air conditioner before signing off.

Very pleased with the process end-to-end and would highly recommend this company for any HVAC work.

Just got a Carrier Performance Air-conditioner installed with Humidifier and Thermostat, in less than 2 weeks. Competitive price and 110% satisfaction! Excellent job very professional . Special shout-out to Asif who made the transition smooth and is very nice and professional to deal with. Asif provided a thorough and well-worded explanation. He explained the process before and during the installation making it very clear to understand. The installer were very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company! They're certainly well organized and provide an excellent warranty.

From beginning Mr. Asif and his team was very professional in communication as well as sharing information on products and queries I had. Also paperwork was upto the mark. I bought AC, Furnace and Tankless HWT in bundle deal. Installation took good 3 days but it was worth every penny as the job technicians were doing everything in diligent manner not being rushed or so, also must mention spotless cleanup after everyday's job. I would recommend them to all my friends.

It took two days to do the job ,installation crew are experienced and professional. For now it appear things are okay.
