I needed repair to my siding which was damaged by wind storm in mid-January 2022. I called 3 companies and only Mark called me back. He drove by my house within 2-3 days and provided me with the written quote. He ordered material and kept me apprised on the progress. He completed the job as promised and within the time-frame that he quoted. Mark is a real professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend him for any roffing, siding jobs.

Full replacement of eavestroughs and downspouts. Once booked the installer came by that evening to inspect the site and take his measurements. Installation was completed within a couple of hours and the workmanship was very high quality and we're very happy with how it all looks and works now. They disposed of the old materials and left the jobsite very clean. Our only issue was the long delay (~3 months) to get the materials from their supplier. Clearly many companies and industries are having problems with their supply chains these days, so that's probably not unique to our situation. The installer was in weekly contact with us to update us on the shipment, so that managed our expectations and at least kept us informed. Overall a very good experience despite the delay.
