We wanted to replace our patio door lock with one that had an external lock so we could enter and exit through this door. I contacted several handyman services and other locksmiths, but most were unsure of their ability to do this. Roman, on the other hand, knew immediately what needed to be done. He was very responsive via email, arrived right on time and did the job in less than half an hour. Very efficient and polite! He was also kind enough to look at and fix the front door which, with the heat of the summer, had expanded to make the lock tight and difficult to lock/unlock.
