We had to fix a broken laundry room shut-off water valve in order to detach old washer and get a new washer installed.
Dima Plumbing gave us the best quote of the 3 we called in the GTA (all highly rated in homestars and google, and provided quick response in providing a quote and ETA). Was able to come the very next day to do the repair (we called late in the afternoon).
John showed up at our North York condo during the scheduled time window, and even helped move the old washer/dryer unit out of the way to access the valve to repair, even though was beyond scope of just plumbing repairs.
Would use again for plumbing issues in the future, and highly recommend.
