They were excellent at explaining the different fabrics and what was best suited for high traffic area. Always a timely response to texts and phone calls and as promised a quick installation date. They arrived on time and cleaned up after they finished installation.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to for this particular project we had. RizMi from Love Your Stairs provided an excellent service. Very professional, on time and competitively priced. From the selection process right down to the installation 2 weeks later, we were always in touch. We needed the runner installed before Christmas and RizMi made it happen. We are so happy with the final product. I believe there are not too many companies that provide this level of service anymore. Thanks RizMi!

Wool carpet runner for stairs

Love Your Stairs did a very helpful inhome pre-installation meeting and went over what we wanted and all the options for us, especially in terms of durability and wear which is guaranteed with our big dogs! There were an impressive number of options and we ended up with an excellent runner which was just what we needed! And it looks great too. Installation was easy, clean, and prompt with a friendly guy. Everything from first appointment to final product was done very quickly.
