We had spent some time trying to find someone to provide a runner for our stairs. Fortunately we finally met Rizwan from "Love Your Stairs"... and do we ever love our stairs! Rizwan was very accommodating, patient, courteous and professional. He came to our home very quickly after we contacted him and he provided a very nice selection of samples and price points from which to choose. The installation was within a week of ordering and was quite surprised to see Rizwan personally oversee and help with the installation.
