Having gone through many relocations in my life, but never one of this magnitude, from Eastern Ontario, Canada, to Austria/Europe - I really needed serious help and a 20 ft. container. The price was right, combined with plenty of useful advise and tips by it's first representative - from there on I (my case/my load) was passed from one representative to the next along the way and every one kept me up to date of the progress, collected the necessary documents (about which I had been informed ahead of time) - in short, they took me by the hand and guided me safe along the way.
