We had our flat roof re-done and the entire process was amazing! The response was quick, the communication was excellent, and the work was great. Everyone showed up when they said they would, and I was updated throughout the process. I felt confident that the job was done with expertise and pride. I would HIGHLY recommend Cadillacs Roofing! The team arrived as scheduled and took two days to complete the work. The surrounding area was protected from falling debris, and was regularly cleaned during the work, not just after. After completion we called back with some concerns. Marcelo showed up himself a couple days later and addressed everything on our list.

We required replacement of the roof after the damage done by the storm in May.
We decided to invite Cadillacs Roofing to do this project and I am happy we did.
Craftsmanship, quality and customer care was over the top. They installed a good quality shingles and water-resistant underlay.
The crew worked hard during heatwave. They showed up every morning on time and cleaned up every day after work.
The job was completed on time and they did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the services provided and will definitely recommend

From first phone call to completed roofing job the customer service experience with Brian and team at Cadillacs Roofing was excellent.

1. He returned our phone call within 24 hours of contact.

2. He visited our home to provide a quote. May not sound extraordinary but 2 of 3 other companies we called provided a budget by using satellite technology. This is to say Brian understands the importance of a face to face meeting.

3. Brian's quote was easy to understand. He explained the differences between different types of shingles and did not try and sell us on something i did not want. Most importantly his pricing was in line with what I expected to pay for.

4. Once the decision to move ahead with Cadillacs was confirmed, we had an issue with a roof at an investment property. Brian came to the home, identified and fixed the issue within 90 minutes and was extremely fair with his invoice for the repair.

5. One week prior to the appointment, Brian visited our home again to show us different colours of shingles which helped us pick the perfect one.

6. The night before the appointment Brian called to confirm his team would arrive by 745am the next morning. They were early --- 730am and ready to go.

7. Brian's Dad who runs a large 7 man team estimated the full roof replacement job will be completed by 430pm ... and to my surprise they finished a half hour early.

So if you are looking for a fair price, no pressure and great customer experience I highly recommend the team from Cadillacs Roofing.

I spoke with Marcelo and his son Brian about having the shingles replaced on mine and my neighbors roof. They worked together organized the work to be completed in a timely manner and very quick with replying to any questions I had regarding the quote, work details and were very good in suggestions on the colors that would look the best based on the brick color of our house…. My neighbour and I couldn’t be any happier with the end results 

The crew were amazing and completed the work quickly and explained every detail to me as the work was being done. From the minute the job was about to start, knowing I had a baby at home, Brian called me letting me know that the crew would be starting in the next 15 minutes to not disturb the baby in the morning and making sure it was safe for me to leave the house before the workers started stripping the old shingles and throwing them down into the bin. When I got home as the cleanup had started, Marcelo mentioned that the crew along with himself found that some of the roof(plywood) had to be rebuilt before starting to lay down the roofing layers and it was discussed in detail.
The crew of 7 were very respectful to both of our properties and did a great job of cleaning up during and after the project. It was nice to have the whole crew stick around after the cleanup was completed to make sure that both myself and the neighbour were satisfied with the roofing job and if there was anything else we would need and confirmed that everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction 

It was also very nice to see & know that the owner(Marcelo) of the company works with the crew and doesn't just go around completing the estimates leaving the crew to complete the work. Quality is key for Marcelo, he works with the team to see that his customers/clients are extremely happy with the look and quality!!!

There were a few neighbours who witnessed the job being completed and were very impressed with the quality and how they crew worked and had called Marcelo over to discuss getting a quote for their roof(s).

Very thorough and clean...new roof looks amazing. You can tell that they use top grade material!

We got our roof done about a year ago and they did a good job. The estimate they provided was accurate. The shingles quality was also good. They were there first thing in the morning and done before sunset. They did all the cleanup as well. Job well done!
