From first phone call to completed roofing job the customer service experience with Brian and team at Cadillacs Roofing was excellent.

1. He returned our phone call within 24 hours of contact.

2. He visited our home to provide a quote. May not sound extraordinary but 2 of 3 other companies we called provided a budget by using satellite technology. This is to say Brian understands the importance of a face to face meeting.

3. Brian's quote was easy to understand. He explained the differences between different types of shingles and did not try and sell us on something i did not want. Most importantly his pricing was in line with what I expected to pay for.

4. Once the decision to move ahead with Cadillacs was confirmed, we had an issue with a roof at an investment property. Brian came to the home, identified and fixed the issue within 90 minutes and was extremely fair with his invoice for the repair.

5. One week prior to the appointment, Brian visited our home again to show us different colours of shingles which helped us pick the perfect one.

6. The night before the appointment Brian called to confirm his team would arrive by 745am the next morning. They were early --- 730am and ready to go.

7. Brian's Dad who runs a large 7 man team estimated the full roof replacement job will be completed by 430pm ... and to my surprise they finished a half hour early.
