HTR Basements made the process nearly painless with detailed quote info and consistent communication. They've got systems in place with weekly updates to make everything go very smoothly. Any issues I had were addressed on time, and they were proactive. Also, they demonstrated pride in workmanship and attention to detail. I'm very happy with the finished project.

Perfect Job, thank you!

This company renovated our basement in 2 weeks for less than other quotes that required 6 weeks. The work is of the highest requirement and every effort was made to do the job with minimal trouble. When we discovered a couple of minor problems with the bathroom, they were back the next day (Sunday) to repair them. Perfect Job, thank you!

The price was not altered once and I got a few things over and above

We hired HTR Basements in December first week of 2022 after meeting several other contractors. HTR Basements was able to completely renovate every square inch of our basement and it went from looking like a dump to a million-dollar showroom. They send a full team of highly skilled, licensed tradesmen over 2 weeks to ensure that each job is completed by a specialist. The business is exceptionally well organized. The crew was always on schedule, respecting my family and home, and leaving all neat and tidy. The price was not altered once and I got a few things over and above.

Their pricing is very competitive for the great work they do

After moving into my new home I decided I wanted a finished basement to allow me more entertaining space. I worked with the staff at HTR Basements to come up with a functional design that incorporated all the things I wanted - a wet bar, space for entertaining, a bedroom, a bathroom, and an exercise room. I am very pleased with the finished product and everyone who has come to see it remarks how lovely it looks and is impressed with the quality of the workmanship.

Work was scheduled and started on time, and regularity of work was also maintained. Regular updates/meetings were provided to facilitate expectations. Attention to detail was maintained, and reasonable changes to plans, on our part, were accepted. The HTR Basements team was very accommodating to our requests.Highly recommend them.

Highly recommend

I've dealt with many contractors over the years and I'm so happy we chose HTR Basement They do what they say they'll do when they said they'll do it. They take pride in their work and it shows. All our friends who see our basement love it and when we tell them it was done in a couple weeks their mouths drop open. I would highly recommend them to both family and friends.

This sounded too good to be true

After having lots of unpleasant experiences with contractors in the past, we approached our basement renovation with a great deal of trepidation. We did a lot of research, and kept seeing "htr basement in two weeks. This sounded too good to be true, but we contacted them to learn more.
