HTR Basements

Over Winter 2019/2020 we were considering renovating our basement to have more usable space and better access to our laundry room. We contacted many vendors to get quotes and discuss the project. After extensive review we felt most comfortable proceeding with HTR, even in light of COVID-19, when only residential could resume later in the Spring/Summer. Dmitry was very easy to contact and deal with from the get go. Alex handled the project well and all the trades people were professional and extremely quick... impressively quick, actually! Sometimes the speed that they work at could cause a small item to be missed, but Alex was able to coordinate fixing anything quickly afterwards. Having a detailed walkthrough of the program with Alex before the project and after spending lots of time discussing with Dmitry could relieve these small missteps, but this could also have been due to COVID-19 and comfort levels at the restart spending much time together. All-in-all we are very happy with our basement and we would highly recommend HTR to be considered for renovation needs! Thank you again for bringing our basement to life and providing us such a nice space to use for the foreseeable future!
