Our Lennox furnace died when it was -30.Jason went out of his way to get it repaired..I worked in the plumbing and heating industry for 10 yrs so I know dealing with Lennox products is not easy..I would highly recommend his services to anyone..I already passed his number to a fee people..kudos to great service !!

I took on the role of being the General Contractor for building our own home from start to finish. Finding Jason and his team were invaluable to our project. Right from the initial consultation, through choosing fixtures, the entire buiding project, and install, Jason was there to answer each and every question with the most professional of answers. Most every thing was an easy answer, and if it was something more complicated he did the apropriate research to make sure the job was done to its absolute best. I say with absolute certainty that the plumbing and heating systems in this home are done to perfection and everything runs smoothly and effeciently. We could not have hired a better company and team to work with on our build.

My furnace gave out during a tough weather spell, so I called Right Way because it was listed in our community newsletter. They were able to come within short notice and get the parts necessary for the work. The guys doing the work were nice enough, the parts weren't on hand but came fairly quickly, and the clean-up was good enough. It wasn't the world's most amazing customer service, but the work was completed and I got warm within a day or so.
