I asked Jason to help me to set up my shower. He offered to help and even came and helped me choose which shower to buy. AND THEN when the shower arrived to be installed - he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "sorry it won't work" - what kind of business is this? Super disappointed that he didn't even OFFER TO HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM! SO Irresponsible!

Great service and a reasonable price. Came out quickly to diagnose the problem and replaced the furnace promptly. Nice approachable techies who answered all my problems. Very happy with the outcome.

I called my regular plumbing companies but they wanted me to on their schedule instead of them working on my availability.

I called up Right Way Plumbing and spoke with Jason and he asked me when I am available so he booked me for the time and date convenient for me.

He sent Lee as my technician and he even arrived early which I appreciate. He got the problem fixed and assured me that if the problem comes back, they will cover it with their 1 year warranty at no charge.

Drain plugged, tenant used another plumber ,didn't solve problem. Righway came and fixed no problem in a hour. They have Great service,very effective!!! I recommend right way plumbing to anyone!

Both Jason and Lee were very professional and courteous in communicating and performing the removal of the old heater and installation of the new one.
There work area was cleaned up and no damage to walls (Which were recently painted)as they were cautious in removal of the old one.
I was asked if I was happy before they did the invoicing, and answered any questions i had.
It was a pleasent and very professional experience.
When restarting the fireplace that was impacted by the gas being shut off, they promptly relit the pilot and gave hints on cleaning the glass on the fireplace.
