Denali Lawn Care And Snow Removal

I am submitting this review on behalf of my elderly parents in Kanata.

This is just the type of service they needed to make their lives easier and safer.

So far Denali has provided responsive snow removal and very good client service.

My parents plan to continue to use their services long-term.

Very efficient and in contact a lot. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend them to friends. Hope the level of service continues all winter.

A big thank you to Jess from Denali Snow Removal who provided excellent customer services to my friend Ellen. Ellen was in need of someone to do snow removal. Although Denali Snow Removal could not provide the services. Jess took the time and effort to find someone for Ellen. Once again we need more people who are willing to help out people in need. Very prompt in returning emails and answered all our questions. Extremely personable! The first big snowfall and they were able to add us to their roster. The plow operator was quick and courteous and even moved our garbage out of the way so he could entirely clear the snowbank that had been left by the city snowplow. Well done for sure!
