Quickly figured out why our dryer was no longer working efficiently after only one year (flexible dryer vent hose + dryer installed too close to the wall), explained the problem and fixed it. Dryer has a new metal pipe and is working well again. We'll be calling again when we need to have our vents cleaned annually.

I called Patrick to see if he could help with an old hidden flexible white plastic dryer vent hose. The vent ran behind the wall and in the finished basement ceiling, making a number of turns, and was completely enclosed. Patrick replaced the vent with metallic vent pipe, doing little damage in the process. He also replaced the outside vent cover, which was badly damaged (replacing my old bathroom vent cover at the same time). Patrick was knowledgable, neat and very nice professional. I called to have my dryer vent fixed as there was some moisture build up issues from being located in the attic as my dryer is on the upper floor. I got in touch with Patrick right away and he did an amazing job from start to finish. He was very responsive and knowledgeable when first discussing the issue over the phone with my dryer vent and provided a lot of good information on why it was happening. He was very easy to deal with and came out within a day to replace the vent and components to ensure it was working right. I have not had any issues since and very happy with his service.

Very happy with the service we got from The Dryer Vent Wizard. We had several issues with our dryer setup from the wrong kind of pipe exiting the dryer, a broken cap on the exhaust outside, as well as tons of lint everywhere! After our dryer's thermal fuse had to be replaced, it was suggested that perhaps our dryer vent/duct should be cleaned. The service technician gave me a couple of possible firms to do the job.
After doing some initial researching, I decided to call Golden Triangle Dryer Vent Wizard and enquire about their services. I was very pleased to see how quickly the owner of the company, Patrick got back to me (within the hour of my call) and answered the questions I had. He was able to set up an appointment for me the very next day. He arrived exactly when he had said he would and that involved getting from Guelph to our home in Orangeville. He was professional, friendly, thorough and he ended up cleaning the lengthy ductwork and replacing the connection from the dryer to the wall with a material that was better and up to code from the previous one.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the work and will have the work done by Patrick and his company again when the need arises.
I would highly recommend having him come and do any work with respect to dryer venting/ductwork.

Patrick has just been unofficially adopted as a new big brother. We have a stackable washer/dryer on the second floor. That means the hose goes into the ceiling and through the roof. Right? Wrong. The dryer hose fell out of the ceiling. After a few false starts, we hit a company who highly recommended Dryer Vent Wizards. So we called and thoroughly read through the website. I wanted someone who would do more than stick the hose back into the ceiling. Patrick didn't like the current hose set up behind the dryer and then checked the attic. NO VENTING SET UP WHATSOEVER IN THE ATTIC! 16 years of dryer fluff venting directly into the attic. Sigh. At least there was no mold. The roof vent was present. But no pipes set up between the dryer hose and the roof vent. Really? So Patrick did a complete re-vent of the system: new hose and pipe off the dryer, proper venting in the attic. Fortunately the roof vent was okay. Now I can rest, knowing the dryer has finally been properly vented. Thanks, Patrick!

After purchasing a new dryer, the manufacturer recommended solid vent pipes. Called The Dryer Vent Wizard, made an appointment, and the dryer vent was replaced. Very courteous service. Would recommend them for your project.
