I recently had ASR do a full replacement of my roof and two of my neighbours roofs also. Pavlo and his crew did all three houses in two days, he and his team were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish they had full respect for me and my neighbours .The quality of their work and the GAF products used were excellent, after they finished and cleaned up you would have never known that they had been there except for my great looking brand-new roof. When I started to search for a roofing company ASR stood out as a very reputable company, I had three other estimates done and ASR were a couple of hundred dollars more than the others but the GAF system and GAF products they used made that dollar difference a non issue. The ASR Company does not ask for a down payment deposit, in fact they dont want any payment until the customer is completely satisfied, and thats a great piece of mind for the customers. The estimate given was the exact amount of the final invoice, and when Bob came to collect the payment he brought a ladder and did a final check of all completed roofs .Thanks to all at ASR for a great job!!

Started with requests for quotes from 3 different companies (one never contacted us at all!), and ultimately went with All Stars. One nice thing was that they do not collect any payment until the job has been completed & they come back for final inspection to ensure you are happy with the job done. These guys responded within hours & had Kevin come out to price the job within a couple of days. Kevin was very knowledgeable & was very quick to respond to our emails & follow-up questions. Jennifer in the office was great at keeping us informed of the process & after a few weather delays (unpredictable springtime weather!), the crew arrived on time & got straight to work. They were very respectful of our property & were hard-working & focused on the job at hand. Finished roof looks amazing (love the color choice - thank you Kevin!) & we are very pleased. Price came in exactly as quoted (price is tax included). Would definitely recommend this company.

Elvis and his team are amazing. They installed our roof almost 5 years ago and were quick and professional. Recently some shingles blew off in a heavy wind storm. We didnt notice until late on a Saturday. I sent an email expecting to hear back on Monday. I received a call a few minutes later and they came to repair it within a half hour. I highly recommend Elvis and his team. I was very impressed.

OUTSTANDING experience replacing our roof with All Stars Roofing. They responded quickly to help us with a leaking roof (saved delay in putting new floors in) Sales walked us through all the options and gave us a very competitive price. Office staff were so helpful coordinating everything and had exceptional communication with us on what was happening when and anything we needed to know about. It was important to us that this family owned business uses their own trained and skilled crews to perform the work and they worked hard. Neighbours even commented on what a top notch crew we had. The replacement roof experience was great from start to finish. They came to inspect on time and gave a fair quote, the materials are top-notch and they stuck to the schedule. they did arrive a few days later than the initial quote as the rain delayed but exactly as predicted. My neighbour and I had done quite a bit of research and gotten many quotes for roof replacement. We ended up settling on All-Stars. The quotes, sales process was quite smooth and easy. The sales people were available to answer many questions and never seemed annoyed or upset with many questions that come from doing a semi-detached home for 2 customers.

The company/crew were also very accommodating as I had to have some one area of the roof opened up so another company could come in and spray foam a section. Scheduling is weather dependant and so we were at the mercy of weather but the company was good at communicating with us.

During the day of the replacement the crew arrived and was very fast. Much of the work was done quickly. One challenge we had the day of was lack of understanding who was in charge of the crew. Most did not speak english so when we had a question on concern it was often a challenge to get the right person to speak with. We also did let them know upfront that any plywood that needed to be replaced we would do to ensure the roof was problem free as we had had previous issues and didn't want any more if we were redoing the roof. We ended up finding out a little too late that the roofers did not remove the first bit of previous shingles or maybe previous starter strip as they told us it was stuff on and they couldn't get it on. Not sure if this resulted in some of the edges not being flat and smooth. I would have rather replaced the plywood and gone fresh then keep the old.

Roof was completed and later when doing Xmas lights I noticed some gaps or patchwork done with the drip edge and it appears they left a gap because the pieces were not long enough.

When calling and speaking to the company they actually handled all the issues and addressed them. They had come back multiple times to fix various issues. The person who came back was very good, saw the issues and fixed them as best as possible. Very happy with the response and how they helped with the issues.

We also identified an issue around the chimney which was not there previously. Not sure how things changed but we were getting some major icing down our chimney in the winter since the roof was done.

The biggest question I had was would I use this company again. The answer would be yes. I do feel that the company as whole has great people working there and they do go out of their way to make things right. So in the future if we hav to get any additional work done I will definitely be reaching out to them. I think in this case the crew that did our job may have taken some shortcuts which caused some of our problems.

The roof has not had any major issues since it has been installed. It ha gone through many wind storms, snow, ice, etc. and withstood it all.
