sprinkler system

I have been a loyal Dine Right Customer ever since the business started. Andrew from Done right installed our sprinkler system and serviced it. 2 years ago he handed the job off to some one else ever since then I have had problems. I would pay for start up and shut down up front. But found when the tech comes out he does not make sure everything is working properly. Its not until my plants die that i realize they are not being watered. then when they come out to do the work I payed them to do in the first place they slap me with $ 100.00 bill for service charge. I have payed that 2 years in a row. Last summer 5 of my plants died, I did not bill them for the dead plants, when I told them what happened they were nice enough to send a tech out right away. A month later I received a bill for $100.00 service charge. I spoke to Andrew he said he was going to talk to accounts receivable. I kept on getting emails for this service that I have paid for in the first place. Now they will not provide service to me unless I pay this bill, and Andrew will not return my call. I have no problem paying my bills but I am not going to pay a second time for service I prepaid for. I was always pleased with Andrew and the service he provided with my sprinkler but I am not to pleased after he handed it over to someone else and the service I am receiving.

Hello Nelly, the previous years received many goodwill and free check ups. Your flower pots were turned off because there were no plants in them and as previously explained and demonstrated, once you place your seasonal flowers in all you need to do is turn them on. Everyone is different. Some people dont care about water waste but most people do. This is why the flower pots were left off as they were in previous years. It is unfortunate we could not talk but i was away from work with a first newborn at home early this spring. The technicians need to be compensated for their time.
