Vista One Retractable Screens

Excellent and conscientious service, taking account of the need to customize a screen door for our outdoor gazebo.

We have had our Vista one screen door for a few months and it's great. There is no track at the bottom to trip on, the door is easy to slide open and closed, there's no spring to snap the door shut, the magnetic strip is strong and secure, the mesh seems very durable and the appearance is simple and elegant. Doug was great to deal with, very pleasant, and the install was quick and clean. Communication with company was very good and the product for the price is very reasonable. We got a double french door sliding retractable screen door and we love it. And it's made in Canada!

We don’t have central air and our retractable screen provides us with much relief in the house on hot days. Our previous retractable screen had been damaged by elderly people walking into it and the dog running through it. We called Vista One Retractable Screens to see if they could possibly repair the damaged one we had. Unfortunately they could not, however we purchased an amazing accordion style screen that is much more user friendly. The colour match was perfect and it was installed in a timely manner. Vista One was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

My screens are very practical (and beautiful). I’ve had many compliments on them already. Although I have not had a lot of opportunity to actually put them to use this summer for air flow (AC has been on non-stop) as we have had unusually humid hot weather this year, I’m looking forward to using them this fall and for many years to come.

Vista was very efficient. They came and gave a quote shortly after we called them and the installation was completed on time. We love the product and style we chose. Afterwards, Vista emailed the warranty and care instructions which are helpful to have in an electronic file.

Professional manner, showed up on time, explained care and maintenance, and followed- up to make sure we were satisfied. The door has expanded our family room view of our backyard, and enables us to now open up both sides of the doorway.....great for parties! I would definitely recommend Vista to my family and friends!
