Vista One Retractable Screens

I shopped around for retractable screens and narrowed it down to Vista One and Phantom Screens. I ended up going with Vista One not only because the product appears to be better but also the customer service was amazing. We got the quote from Doug who took the time to explain the mechanism. He also showed us a miniature model so we have an idea of what it will look like installed. It took about three weeks for the screen to be custom made. Doug came back to do the install and it took about 30 minutes or so.
