This company excelled from start to finish. The response to my initial inquiry through Home stars was answered within 15 minutes and a visit was made the following day. The estimate was well below my expectations. The work was completed today and the cleanup was exceptional. Can’t recommend this company highly enough in a world of Less expert competitors. Two trees were removed and the stumps also in about three hours together with cleanup.

Open Canopy removed two tall aspens for us. Proved to very flexible and nimble in timing and scheduling for the work to be done. Excellent communication from Jeremy. Left the site very clean. Highly recommended.

We had 2 Mountain Ash and 1 Crab Apple tree trimmed today. Jeremy came out as scheduled and provided a quote and walk through. His knowledge and expertise is amazing - a real professional!
The trees were trimmed as scheduled, yard cleaned up perfectly. I commend not only his workmanship but his management qualities in communication, quotes and invoicing - all very easy and straight forward and immediate!!!

Jeremy is a pleasure to do business with, he's a good communicator and his invoicing system is simple and clear. His team is efficient and effective. I've used their services twice now and both times I've been very satisfied with how they've operated.

This year I got my tree trimmed and a stump from a tree that they had removed last year ground down. They had the work done in a few hours and left the site clean. The stump cuttings were left to settle and that was clearly communicated when Jeremy provided the quote.

Today we had our tree pruned by Open Canopy and were very impressed with the entire process. We wanted a reputable arborist, therefore we checked out the ratings on Home Stars. We found a couple companies, but Open Canopy was the first to reply and give us a quote so we decided to go with them. Our tree was also diseased and we were told by other arborists just to cut it down. Jeremy told us he could prune the dead parts instead of just chopping down. I was impressed at how quickly he was able to come out and prune the tree. It was also reasonable to get done. The dead parts are cut off and it looks great!!! Would recommend this company!

Jeremy is a superb arborist. He and Rob just completed a fourth job for us (spruce tree removal and stump grinding). They are excellent at pruning and sculpting as well as removing trees without damaging property or other plants. We are so glad we met Jeremy years ago (and a number of our neighbours are happy with his work too), he provides excellent punctual professional service, his estimates are clearly laid out and reasonably priced, and he’s an all-around really good guy. Fourth time satisfied, we give him another 10/10!

Jeremy provided excellent communication leading up to and throughout the project. We were consulted when it was identified that a couple of our trees were in need of special care and Jeremy graciously altered the original plans in order to accommodate a last minute change in the scope of work. He and his staff worked efficiently, and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Very well done and highly recommended.

We just had a huge 40 year old Poplar removed. Jeremy and his team were very professional. They worked non stop for 2 days left the site cleaner than when they started. We are so pleased with the quality of work. We would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the spring when we plant a new tree.
