Power Group Construction

I would not recommend using Power Group's services, based on their post-installation customer service, and errors in their initial work.

Power Group Construction (and its owner Sam), has provided extremely poor follow-up service, despite being initially very helpful and installing an attractive patio and stairs for our backyard.

After the installation of the patio and stairs, we began to get moisture in our basement, immediately below the installation area of the stairs. We consulted with a couple of basement and construction professionals, they all concluded that Power Group failed to install a simple plastic moisture barrier behind the stairs, which would have prevented water/moisture entering the home.

We called Sam, and he said he would come take a look at the problem, but he never showed up for the visit. We have made repeated phone calls to Sam/Power Group to try to reschedule, but they refuse to answer our calls or return our messages.
