Gulliver Garage Doors

After a few delays and MUCH confusion over installation, we got our garage door installed yesterday. Still not impressed with this company and will not be recommending them to other potential customers. Vitaly came out to see the job on the 3rd of April, so he obviously saw how awkward and heavy our wooden door was going to be to take down and haul awayhe never brought a helper. My Husband, who has a very bad back helped him! Vitaly said it was going to be a 4-41/2 hour job, but because my Husband helped him all the way through, it only took 3 hours. We would have liked to have seen a discount on our $2400.00 bill, but no, not a penny!! His excuse was I have a boss. Would love to talk to this boss and tell him how very unimpressed we are with this company. Guess this is a you pay big dollars and help out installing as well for free, situation. Lesson learned. Giving a two star out five is being generous. Will be posting this on other sites as well.

I had another company at my home to repair another service, when they broke our garage door and I called Gulliver garage doors immediately and they came within the hour and repaired the work within 20 mins. They had friendly service right from the time you call them to when they arrive. Very impressed at their level of customer service and promptness. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Door cable broke. Called garage pros and they forward us to Gullivers. 400 dollars later and I come home to find 1st hinge from bottom broke. Just changed cable and part it connects too. No inspection even though Bill stated inspection. Poor workmanship.

Had a new garage door installed January,2020. Excellent installation. In February of this year we noticed the bottom panel was all rusted. After multiple discussions we have come to the conclusion that this company is terrible at communication as well as customer service. Even if they weren’t going to do something about it, they could have at least relayed that to us. Also the tech was incredibly condescending and rude. I’ve been waiting fir a call from him for 6 weeks now. Would never recommend this company.

Very Happy with the prompt and professional service of the technician Ben. The price and service were better than expected. Fixed the problem without any issues. I would definitely recommend the technician Ben.

Got a quote for a repair on Jan. 22nd. I said Yes right away because I really needed the word done as quickly as possible. I thought that the door had been ordered and everything was going ahead, but when I contacted them again on Feb. 12th for an update I found out that nothing had been done, no door had been ordered, and so now they are giving me the same 5-6 weeks. Do yourself a favour and avoid this disorganized company.

The cable had come off my garage door, and the door would not move, trapping my vehicle inside and leaving a 6 inch opening from the door to the concrete. Other companies could not come to my assistance for 5 days (because of the extreme cold) unless I wanted to pay a $250.00 service charge on top of my repair cost. Gulliver Garage doors came hours after I made the call. Ben knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it efficiently, and offered very valuable information as to why it happened and what to do to avoid this happening again. I would recommend this company

Our garage door Needed new cables and rollers. We received Same-day service and job was done thoroughly and with good workmanship. Service person was friendly and followed proper COVID protocols.

Quick to turn up and fix my garage door issue. Had a couple of communication problems however the manager Vitaly called and remedied promptly. Appreciate the fast work and quick response!

Needed to get my a broken spring replaced, as my door was no longer opening. I called Gulliver late on a Friday night, and they were able to show up the next morning and save me. I don't have a lot of details other than they were able to quickly replace the spring.
