We phoned Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning last year for an air conditioner repair. The work was completed and quote for the furnace, air conditioning and hot water tank provided. Air conditioner lasted another year and we called Rene again this year for replacement of all 3 units. Rene honoured last year's quote, the whole team was very professional, meticulous and personable, and overall service was excellent. Rene knows his product very well. He is patient, service oriented and aims for excellent customer experience regardless of circumstance. The only recommendation I have is to offer some flexible payment options.

All I can say is wow. Hans and his company are the real deal. Seeing that we had a major heat wave coming, and knowing that my central air had a hard time keeping the temperature in the house cool I called and set up an appointment. Even in this busy time of year they had someone out in two days (it was not an emergency call). Hans trouble shot the issue (previous technician over charged the system with coolant and did not set it up properly) and fixed the issue. Quick, courteous and quality service. What more can you ask for? I would not hesitate to refer them to any of my friends and family and they will be my go to company from now on!

Short while later got a call from Hanz and immediately said "WOW this guy sounds..."genuine" ..Hard to explain but sure enough the service, respect and pricing was nothing less then perfect. In my experience today... I will most definitely pass on your company's name and number. Thank-you very much! On a side note.. We needed a new A/C installed in our new house and we called up Canadian Heating and Cooling and were put in touch with Rene. He came out to our place and discussed our options and we ended up signing up to get this task completed as we couldnt take the heat. Let me say this, the ratings for them are there for a reason they are very good. From the start where Rene came over to the finish where Rene came over to review the work done so far. One thing is for certain there is not settling for normal. Everything is done over the top from planning the installation to completing the installation. Highly recommend Rene and team for their dedication to detail and getting things done the right way.

Canadian heating and air conditioning was able to provide us with a replacement air conditioning unit when ours broke. They were courteous an efficient throughout the whole process. The unit was reasonably priced based on the other quotes we received.

Highly Recommend! Our family’s AC went kaput during a very hot time and we were desperately trying to get it fixed. With a young child at home and also pregnant with another, needless to say we needed it fixed asap. We were dealing with another company that I will not mention, but they were completely “unreliable”. I called Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning and received fast and courteous service. The techs arrived early and completed the job in great time! We couldn’t be happier with the fast and efficient service. The price was more than fair. They have gained a customer for life. The experience started with a knowledgeable sales rep, Rene, who was in no hurry to explain the details. The two installers that arrived on time were courteous, efficient and thorough in getting the job done. When the job was completed they offered a review and showed me what all had been done. They left behind a very neat and clean work sight with a brand new hvac as the only evidence that they had been there. Rene returned to do a final inspection and worked around my schedule to get that done on the day of. All was good, handshake for a job well done and we can now lenjoy a hot summer comfortably.
