Hans is the ultimate professional. Very friendly, honest and knowledgable . I had them come to service my furnace & replace my air conditioner last year. Our furnace broke last week so I called Hans on a Sunday night. He was there on Monday and our new furnace was installed yesterday. Great pricing. Definitely a breath of fresh air after calling some other companies last year:-) Highly recommend.

We have called upon these guys twice, and both times they have been professional, knowledgeable and timely with their service calls. Our furnace is 16 years old and still ticking. But, when we need a new one, we will have Canadian H&C install it because we trust them.

I called them looking for someone local. I was positive my compressor was finished, I was fully expecting to replace my AC. I asked for a guy to come quote a new unit and maybe do a service. Hans was there on time. He asked if he could look at the AC I said ok. He fixed it in 10 mins.
Incredible integrity and honesty right there. He could have said no problem here's the price for a new AC and I was prepared to pay it. Instead he got me working again and saved me a huge bill. Prompt and efficient service. Work well done and workers very polite and efficient. The first call out, the service man arrived when we expected him too. We decided on a new furnace and he gave us all the information that we needed. He called and told us when the installers would arrive and they also arrived on time. That is much appreciated.

It took one phone call and less than 4 hours to have someone at the house. Although we needed a new conditioner, Hans adjusted the old one until it could be replaced. Later that same day our son needed a reference because he was having trouble with his air conditioner. A simple adjustment was all that was required. Pleasant folks, efficient and and capable.
