First cold day of the season and of course the furnace dies! Called Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning. Hans came to look at the unit. He explained what was wrong and gave us a few options (repair faulty motors or replace). No sales pressure to buy a new unit.
We decided to replace the furnace with a "Napoleon 9600 series" unit. The crew came in and replaced the furnace. They were very professional and courteous. They removed the old unit and cleaned everything up.
I am very impressed with the new furnace. It is very quiet and warms up the house very quickly. The temperature in the house was 16 Celsius . when the were done. It took only 15 mins to reach 23 Celsius.
Hans returned to ensure that everything was working was working fine and explained all of the features.
I would recommend this company to anyone in need of any heating or air conditioning repairs or replacements!
