Great service! I called in the afternoon and they were able to come the same day in the evening. We had a wasp hive close to the roof of our house and since I have a kid who loves to play outside I was worried about it. They were able to get rid of it promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them for any pest control issues.

Nate was amazing - he took our request as an emergency call and even came out late at night[after a full days work]. By the tiem he had finished all the unwelcome wasp visitors were gone and their nests destroyed. His calm and 'jokey' personality defused the panic and he was extremely efficient in carrying out the task...
To exterminate our wasps he needed to be able to get high up on the roofline of a 2 storey house and both my neighbour and I have garden furniture, decks, fences, gazebo's and even a hot tub close to the house which made it difficult for him to access the wasps. However, this wasnt a problem for him at all, he worked around the garden clutter and he left our yards exactly as he found them.
I especially liked that he uses more organic methods for wasp extermination so we didnt have to worry about exposing our house, families and pets to harsh or toxic chemicals.

I know that Nate will understand when I say that I really hope that I never have to see him again :-) BUT.. if I ever experience any kind of pest problem in the future his company will be the first people I call.

Nathan was an true professional when multiple skunks took up residence under my neighbour's shed. I was extremely impressed by the service provided to me by OWLS and if I could leave a score higher than 10 I would. The most important thing that came across after dealing with OWLS/Nate was that he and his company seem to genuinely enjoy helping people, which is probably the most important thing a customer could hope for when dealing with a contractor.

I called OWLS and talked to Nate around 7:00 PM on a weeknight hoping to set up a time for him to come out the next day. When I called he happened to be in the area and came right over! When he came I thought he would assess the situation and schedule a time to come back and do the work, but he did it all during the same visit. Basically, before I went to bed the wasp issue had been dealt with. It was the most responsive customer service I have ever received when dealing with a house issue. Sent an email to OWLS for an estimate to get rid of wasps under our front cement steps and received a reply two hours later that it could be done the same day with a estimate we were happy with. Nate came by and got to work clearing out the wasps. He was very thorough and we have yet to see any wasps around that area and we're in the process of filling it in now.

Nate has a wealth of information and was quick to answer any questions and give explanations for what was being done. He also noticed there were some carpenter ants crossing our driveway and even took a look at our trees to see if they were setting up in them. We're now very aware of that and keeping an eye to see if we'll have any problems.
