We spent 8.000$ with Cleara and had 2 doors and 3 windows replaced. This year we had Jonathan back out in early July for quote #5434 which was somewhat similar to last year. After 45 mins on a Saturday I was advised something would be sent over that night or first of the week. A week went by, apparently sent to wrong email address and I had to follow up. Beyond that a door that was 2000$ last year suddenly is 4400$ but being a loyal customer I can get it for 3300$? Sounds like 50% increase to me. When I inquired as to the drastic increase was told that the other salesman sold it too cheap to us and it is below our cost! I thought you guys built everything?! Anyways was told he would reach out to Vice President and get back to us. It’s been several weeks and I’m not chasing the sales rep again. Great way to lose a previous customer Clera! I guess tons of doors and window companies out there, just disappointed at what a waste of time and how the sales rep doesn’t get back.
