DJ & AK were an amazing but dangerously (in a good way) adventurous clients. They wanted an open concept, which meant all the load bearing walls removed. They also wanted the Kitchen and Bathrooms upgraded!
They trusted that with our Architectural background and experience with renovations we would know what to do.

When we were commissioned to do this project, it was like doing the impossible. I am happy that from designing the basement we were able to maximize the basement space and using our best construction practice and skills we built a very beautiful cost effective and practical basement with side walkout and concrete stairs.
